With legal and non-legal pro bono (free) service, we support nonprofit organizations, community groups, and municipalities to advance the public good and strengthen the communities we serve.

Our pro bono legal work includes assisting nonprofit organizations with governance and compliance matters, advising on organizational structure and internal policies, and helping community-based institutions navigate legal challenges that arise in the course of their operations. By offering practical legal guidance, we aim to reduce barriers that can limit an organization’s ability to focus on its mission.
