PRACTICES

  • Litigation

    Litigation

Business Litigation: We litigate business disputes, including breach of contract claims and ownership disputes.

Whistleblower (Qui Tam) Litigation: We represent whistleblowers who uncover fraud against the government, including Medicare or Medicaid overbilling, defense contracting abuse, or misuse of COVID-19 relief funds. If the case is successful, the whistleblower may be entitled to a portion of the government’s recovery.

Civil Rights Litigation: We selectively represent individuals in meritorious cases where fundamental civil rights have been violated through unlawful discrimination involving housing, employment, disability, or education.

Class Actions: We represent plaintiffs in class actions involving antitrust claims and consumer fraud claims.

    Outside General Counsel

We provide integrated, ongoing legal guidance that functions like an in-house legal department, aligned with your business priorities. We offer contract review, compliance guidance, dispute prevention, and day-to-day legal insight.

When our clients have specific legal needs that do not align with our practice areas (e.g., trademark, immigration, and personal injury), we help our clients find appropriate lawyers.

  • Formation

    Formation

We help our clients pursue their dreams by establishing legal entities, preparing initial corporate documents (e.g., bylaws and operating agreements), and, for not-for-profit clients, obtaining 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.

  • Public Interest and Community Engagement

    Public Interest and Community Engagement

We collaborate with nonprofit organizations, community groups, and municipalities to donate meaningful pro bono (free) legal services. Our work focuses on supporting missions that advance the public good—from assisting nonprofits with their governance needs to helping local institutions address pressing legal challenges.

We prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare proxies, and/or living wills so that our clients can care for their loved ones.
